How the three days run
Day one
Assess your capabilities, define & fine tune AI requirements, honest read of your P&L and the resources you need to dedicate.
Day two
Use-case mapping against the number, an operating-model choice, and the sequencing that follows from it.
Day three
You build it in partnership with an AI Deployment Strategist, the room stress-tests it, and you leave owning a 90-day plan you can execute.
Two formats
For P&L leaders across industries
The Accelerator run as a curated cohort. You work your own P&L in a room of peers doing the same.
For the leaders of one organisation
The same session, run privately. Your leaders work on where AI belongs in the business, and where it does not.
The community accelerators
Each accelerator seats up to twenty leaders, across industries, by invitation, reviewed on a rolling basis.
